Please notify us 24 hours in advance of any cancellation.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

To ensure we provide the best service to all clients please note that if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, you will receive only the remaining time available but the full service fee will still apply.
